The Cuchen Brain rice cooker I bought has these super easy-to-see menu options: Chewy White Rice, Fluffy White Rice, Regular Brown Rice, Nutritious Rice, and Multi-Cook. Plus, if you hold down the menu button for 3 seconds, there are a ton of other programmed functions that aren't just for different kinds of rice. When I need rice in a hurry, I can just put in 3 cups, hit the quick cook button, and it's ready in under 15 minutes – so convenient, and it tastes amazing!
It's got this IH (Induction Heating) thing, so it's not just heating the bottom of the pot. The heat spreads evenly all around the inner pot, which means the rice cooks perfectly all the way through and tastes incredible. We even cook rice to freeze and eat later after thawing, and it stays nice and fluffy, the texture doesn't change.
We're a Korean family living in the US, so we eat rice pretty much every day. We've been using Cuchen brand rice cookers for about 10 years now, and they're so reliable – never had any issues, and they don't use a lot of electricity. We're really happy with it!
