PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Unfortunately, we cannot honor price adjustments or price matching on past orders.
In order to receive a discount from a promotional code, you must apply the code to your cart during checkout. We do not offer partial refunds after purchase if the code was not applied correctly. If you forgot to apply the code, we suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one with the code applied.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
When you purchase a Cuchen product from cuchenusamall.com, you are automatically covered by our 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This limited warranty excludes all parts and accessories that are included with your product.
In the event of damage, malfunction, or a potential defect in your Cuchen product, you may submit a warranty claim by completing and filling out this form within one year of the original purchase date. If your warranty claim is accepted, Cuchen will cover the cost of shipping, repair, or replacement, as needed.
In the event that your product experiences damage or malfunctions after the 1-year warranty period has ended, you may still submit a warranty claim. Please note that any shipping and repair costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
