What is the cost of shipping?
Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $69.99 (US ONLY)
If the order total is less than $69.99 and is being shipped to the contiguous United States, a shipping fee of $10.50 will apply.
If the order total is less than $69.00 and is being shipped to the contiguous United States, please refer to the below chart.
What regions does Cuchen ship to?
Our shipping services extend to the United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam. For logistical reasons related to product size, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What actions should I take if my online order hasn't been delivered yet?
Orders placed on cuchenusamall.com typically require up to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times depend on your specific location and may fluctuate. If your order hasn't reached you within 10 business days of your order date, please contact our customer support team via email (send us an email) for assistance with tracking and further information.
What payment methods are accepted by your company?
We currently accept most major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and UCB along with Amazon, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What is the return policy for CUCHEN products?
You have the option to return eligible items by mail within 30 days from the original shipping date if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories that came with the unit.
Please be aware that in case the product box has been opened, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund automatically.
To verify if your item can be returned or exchanged, please refer to your invoice or order confirmation email and check the purchase date. Once confirmed, send us an email to begin the return process.
Is it necessary to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when making a warranty claim?
When filing a warranty claim, some form of proof of purchase is required. Valid proof of purchase may include store receipts, email order confirmations, or any other authentic documentation that indicates the purchase date and the purchase location.
I purchased a unit from one of your retailers, can I return it to CUCHEN for an exchange or refund?
Before returning the product, kindly email our customer support team at service@cuchenusamall.com to see if our product experts can assist you in any way, in case you are dissatisfied with your product. (ONLY REFUND AVAILABLE AT THIS MOMENT. NO EXCHANGE AVALIABLE)
It is unfortunate that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through authorized sellers. To process a refund or exchange, please return the product to the retailer you originally bought it from.
If my product arrives in a damaged or broken condition, what should I do?
CUCHEN offers a 1-year warranty period for all of its products, which allows customers to either exchange the item for the same product or return it for a refund.
If you have a warranty claim, our customer support team is available to help you and can provide answers to any questions you may have regarding the warranty. If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, we can replace the item or defective part. To process your warranty claim, we will need your full name, shipping address, telephone number, and the unit's model number, as well as a valid proof of purchase. My warranty period has ended but my product needs service. What options are available to me?

Which replacement parts are available for purchase through your company?
At present, we provide customers with the option to purchase replacement inner pot & rubber packing for rice cookers. To see the replacement parts we have currently available for purchase, visit this page.
Is it possible to replace the inner pot of my rice cooker?
That's correct. Like any other kitchen appliance, the inner pot of a rice cooker or multi-cooker undergoes normal wear and tear over time, particularly with frequent use. For this reason, we recommend replacing the inner pot every 2 to 3 years.
Is it possible to replace the rubber packing of my rice cooker?
It's correct that the rubber package, like any other component, undergoes normal wear and tear over time with frequent use. Therefore, we suggest replacing the rubber package every 2 to 3 years.
