Wow, I used to be a total pot-rice person, but I finally caved and got a CUCHEN rice cooker. Went for one of the cheaper models, and honestly, it's blowing my mind – I'm making rice and all kinds of stuff in it every single day now! Made some porridge, even tried sous vide (who knew?), and it's got a steaming thingy too, so cooking's been a breeze and actually fun. It's only been a couple of weeks, but you just pick what you wanna make, toss the stuff in, and hit go – it's so smart, it's kinda awesome! There are four of us, so I grabbed the 6-cup one, and it's seriously cute. I even made this sticky rice with chestnuts, peanuts, walnuts, and jujubes, and for real, it was the best rice I've ever had. Feels like this thing can do anything! The sticky rice was so chewy, and the nuts and dates were cooked just right and tasted incredible. Didn't even need any sides!

I bought a Cuchen rice cooker and tried making Nurungji Chicken Baeksook using the steam dish function.
Today, my daughter Kate wanted cake, so I tried making one in the Cuchen rice cooker.
