The biggest game-changer for me has been the 121°C high-pressure thing. I love multigrain rice, but I used to hate having to remember to soak the grains for hours. Now? Plus, the touch screen is on the top, so I don’t have to do a squat just to see the buttons! I was getting worried about my old non-stick pot peeling, so switching to this all-stainless steel inner pot was a huge relief. It feels way more hygienic, and the top lid pops right off so I can give it a deep clean in seconds.I’ve started making big batches and using the "Frozen Rice" setting. I pop the extras in the freezer, and when I microwave them later, they taste exactly like they were just made. No more dry, sad leftovers!

It’s definitely an investment, but if you care about how your rice tastes and want something that looks great on your counter, this is 100% the way to go.
