Okay, so I'm not usually a review writer, but I just HAD to after getting this Cuchen rice cooker. Seriously hoping this helps out other home cooks like me who are doing the daily meal thing for their families. My old rice cooker was ancient, so I finally got a new one. I was kinda worried about the inside peeling like my last one, but this time I went for the stainless steel pot. Everyone around me kept saying how amazing rice from a Cuchen cooker is, so I just went for it. My family's all about that sticky rice life, and this thing seems totally made for it. We mostly eat Korean rice and use the sticky rice setting, and it comes out SO good, it's kinda crazy. Last week, I tried Jasmine rice, and it was a little too mushy at first, so I just used about half a cup less water, and BAM! It tasted exactly like the Jasmine rice I know. The keep-warm thing isn't super long-lasting, though. It's good for a day or two, but after that, you're probably better off not using it. So, I've been using the frozen storage option – cook the rice, freeze it, and then just thaw it out when we need it, and the taste is still totally there. Honestly, just looking at this rice cooker makes me feel good, haha.

I recently purchased a Cuchen stainless steel rice cooker and tried making Samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup) with it.
Lately, we've been eating out less, which naturally means cooking rice at home more often.
