Excited about my new Cuchen BRAIN rice cooker! Everyone raves about its looks and how well it cooks all types of rice. The 'Heukgeommo' exterior is really something, giving it a natural stone feel – almost like a piece of pottery, not your typical rice cooker. Naturally, the cooking is what matters most, and the manual says it handles 15 kinds of rice. I jumped right in and cooked my usual. The stainless steel inner pot is a first for me, and the quality is obvious – it feels heavy and durable. As a Korean in California, Calrose rice is a regular for me, so I used the STICKY RICE setting. The outcome was exactly what I wanted: perfectly chewy, pressure cooker-style rice with distinct, delicious grains. So good, I could eat it plain with seaweed. It was about $350 online, more than my last one, but the quality and results make it feel worth the investment. Definitely a happy customer here!

Today, my daughter Kate wanted cake, so I tried making one in the Cuchen rice cooker.
I'm a Korean living in California, and my family eats rice almost every day.
