Before cooking rice, I tried the automatic cleaning function. I filled the stainless steel inner pot with water up to the auto-clean marking, added a few drops of vinegar, and ran it. Then, I washed the inner pot with a neutral detergent. The auto-clean feature felt great because it cleaned not just the inner pot but also those hard-to-see areas inside the cooker, leaving it feeling really hygienic and clean. Now it was time to cook rice, and I noticed a 'turbo' function, so I decided to try it. It turns out the turbo function is specifically designed for sticky rice. Since we enjoy sticky rice at home, I put in some Calrose rice, selected 'sticky rice' + 'turbo,' and started cooking. It said it would take 15 minutes, and it felt like the rice was ready in the blink of an eye! It was incredibly fast, but the sticky rice came out perfectly delicious. The grains were distinct, and the texture was wonderfully chewy. I've been so satisfied with my rice lately. I'm not sure how long this rice cooker will last; it has a 1-year warranty, and I know there's a service center for repairs if needed. However, my previous Cuchen rice cooker lasted a long time without any issues, so I'm hoping this new one will too."
