Just got the Cuchen 121, and wow, this thing is fancy! Seriously, the unboxing was a treat. The lid is SO shiny, it was the first thing I noticed. And when I got all the packaging off, it's got this beautiful, almost porcelain look to it. Super classy. The all-stainless steel handle on the lid? Chef's kiss. Everything feels really well-made and solid.
The inner pot says it's got this "Premium Dyking Coated" stuff, and it looks really tough. Like, I don't think I'll be scratching it up anytime soon. The stainless steel cover on top comes off super easy, which is great for cleaning. The manual says it's way stronger than regular stainless steel, and it definitely feels like it.
So, I made rice yesterday to freeze (meal prep, you know?). Used Calrose, and it came out so sticky and delicious, like, seriously good. This morning, I nuked some of the frozen rice, and it was still sticky and delicious! It was like I had just made it. I am loving how easy it is to freeze rice and have it taste fresh whenever I want it!"
