RETURNS

We offer free return shipping for US orders only. For all orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Items must be returned within 30 days
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
If your return meets the eligibility requirements, the refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method.

Refurbished products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. If your product arrives damaged or malfunctions, please contact our service department for assistance.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Unfortunately, we cannot honor price adjustments or price matching on past orders.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
When you purchase a Cuchen product from cuchenusamall.com, you are automatically covered by our 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This limited warranty excludes all parts and accessories that are included with your product.
In the event of damage, malfunction, or a potential defect in your Cuchen product, you may submit a warranty claim by completing and filling out this form within one year of the original purchase date. If your warranty claim is accepted, Cuchen will cover the cost of shipping, repair, or replacement, as needed.
In the event that your product experiences damage or malfunctions after the 1-year warranty period has ended, you may still submit a warranty claim. Please note that any shipping and repair costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
