It's been a while since I bought a home appliance that really fits the vibe of our place. I'm realizing lately how important interior design items are. I'm a Korean living in California, and my family eats rice almost every day. We eat Korean 'Daepung' rice, which I believe is the same as Calrose rice, and this rice cooker cooks it perfectly. It's just delicious – chewy, soft, and the rice grains feel so alive. This 'BRAIN' model really brightens up the kitchen, cooks rice wonderfully, and I hear it doesn't use a lot of electricity either.
