Hello, I recently purchased a Cuchen stainless steel rice cooker and tried making Samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup) with it. I had seen various recipes using Cuchen rice cookers on YouTube and wanted to try them myself! I bought a chicken and Samgyetang ingredients from the market and used the steam dish option to cook it thoroughly. To my surprise, the Samgyetang turned out incredibly delicious, and my family was amazed. I guess it's because it was cooked under pressure, the chicken was so tender and chewy, and the broth was rich and flavorful… I was quite surprised. It made me realize that you can cook all sorts of dishes with a pressure rice cooker these days. I highly recommend it! I haven't regretted my purchase even once.
